Are these made by you?

Yes — I hand-finish each piece in my Cheltenham studio using Japanese air-dry clay (lightweight), then colour and seal for everyday wear.

How to clean clay flowers?
  1. Dust Removal: Use a soft brush or a brush to remove accumulated dust from the flowers. Be sure to do this gently to avoid damaging the details.
  2. Soft, Dry Cloth: If needed, you can clean the flowers with a soft, dry cloth. Gently wipe the cloth over the surface to remove any light dirt.
  3. Avoid Water: Avoid direct contact with water, as some types of clay may get damaged or lose their shape when wet. If the flowers have painted details, water could also affect the paint.Remember that clay flowers are delicate, so handle them with care during cleaning to preserve their appearance and durability.
Can they get wet?

Light splashes are fine; avoid showers, swimming and heavy rain. After wear, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store flat in the pouch.

Is the packaging gift-ready?

Yes—each necklace arrives in a pink velvet pouch. You can add a short handwritten note at checkout.

How can I take care of my flower necklaces?
  1. Handle with Care: Gently handle the necklace to avoid unnecessary stress on delicate components.
  2. Avoid Moisture: Keep the necklace away from excessive moisture, as it may affect the integrity of the clay and other materials.
  3. Store Properly: Store the necklace in a cool, dry place, and consider hanging it to prevent tangling or damage.
  4. Clean with Caution: If cleaning is necessary, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away dust or dirt. Avoid using water or cleaning solutions, as they may damage the materials.
  5. Keep Away from Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause colors to fade over time, so store the necklace in a shaded area when not in use.
  6. Handle with Gentle Movements: While the flowers are durable, they can be sensitive to abrupt movements. It is advisable to wear the necklaces for special occasions to minimize the risk of damage from sudden impacts.
How long will it take to receive a necklace?

Since my necklaces are made-to-order, please allow 1-3 working days for completion before shipping.

What materials do you use?

Japanese air-dry clay for the pendant (lightweight), sealed and finished by hand. Metal findings are stainless steel.

Do you use stainless steel?

Yes — my necklaces arrive ready to wear on a stainless-steel chain.

Is stainless steel hypoallergenic?

Stainless steel can contain trace nickel. UK/EU rules limit nickel release from jewellery that touches the skin (tested to BS EN 1811). Many people wear stainless steel comfortably, but very sensitive skin can still react. If you’re nickel-sensitive, you can use your own chain — my pendants fit most standard chains.

How do I choose the right flower?

Each bloom carries a message (floriography). See the Flower Meaning Guide for ideas and shop by story.

Can I swap the chain?

Yes — the pendant loop fits most standard chains and lengths, so you can use your own if you prefer.

What if my order arrives damaged?

What’s your return policy?

14-day returns on unworn items in original condition. Contact me within 14 days of delivery for instructions (see full policy).
