Shipping Policy

The order process for necklaces is 3-4 working days and for bouquets it will depend on the flowers and the work involved.


  • We will ship all orders via Royal Mail using second class signed package and Free delivery for the UK.
  • We shipped international packages via Royal Mail International Tracked Class. At the moment we do not ship to Europe because of the taxes, duties and customs that have to be paid because of the Brexit. Please note that the buyer pays any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
  • Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and Royal Mail rates. During holiday seasons, prices will increase for shipping with Royal Mail.
  • Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. I am not responsible for packages getting lost because of the wrong address being given to me.
  •  I am not responsible for lost packages. Once I give the package to the Royal Mail, it is their responsibility to get it to you.
  •  I am not responsible for damaged products because of shipping. I package orders with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact my email [email protected] with a photo and the order number and I will determine if I will replace the product.

Return and Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade necklaces and bouquets and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your necklace or bouquet, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable. Please note that because of hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings that have been worn or used.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

Please note that, we will process the refund once we have received the item in good condition, and I will issue the refund using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
