When can I expect to receive my order?
Upon receiving the order, it takes approximately 2 to 3 days to craft the product as everything is handmade, and the timeframe depends on the piece and its required drying time. Once completed, we will package it in its branded pouch and dispatched to the recipient via Royal Mail Track 48 Standard.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or if I've changed my mind and no longer want it?

What materials do you use to create your designs?
The materials I use for the flowers are air-dry clay, a Japanese clay that is lightweight, flexible, and gives a lifelike appearance to the flowers in card holders, necklaces, and other items. I also work with glass and employ decoupage techniques to create decorations for events or home decor.
How can I take care of my flower necklaces?

- Avoid Moisture: Keep the necklace away from excessive moisture, as it may affect the integrity of the clay and other materials.
- Store Properly: Store the necklace in a cool, dry place, and consider hanging it to prevent tangling or damage.
- Clean with Caution: If cleaning is necessary, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe away dust or dirt. Avoid using water or cleaning solutions, as they may damage the materials.
- Keep Away from Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause colors to fade over time, so store the necklace in a shaded area when not in use.
- Handle with Gentle Movements: While the flowers are durable, they can be sensitive to abrupt movements. It is advisable to wear the necklaces for special occasions to minimize the risk of damage from sudden impacts.
How to clean clay flowers?
- Dust Removal: Use a soft brush or a brush to remove accumulated dust from the flowers. Be sure to do this gently to avoid damaging the details.
- Soft, Dry Cloth: If needed, you can clean the flowers with a soft, dry cloth. Gently wipe the cloth over the surface to remove any light dirt.
- Avoid Water: Avoid direct contact with water, as some types of clay may get damaged or lose their shape when wet. If the flowers have painted details, water could also affect the paint.Remember that clay flowers are delicate, so handle them with care during cleaning to preserve their appearance and durability.
