When can I expect to receive my order?
Upon receiving the order, it takes approximately 2 to 3 days to craft the product as everything is handmade, and the timeframe depends on the piece and its required drying time. Once completed, we will package it in its branded pouch and dispatched to the recipient via Royal Mail Track 48 Standard.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or if I've changed my mind and no longer want it?
